'Where Am I Going and Where I Am' Hear from Afghan Women
For Women for Women International (and WILPF/ WILPF Afghanistan)
One year after the de facto authorities assumed control in Afghanistan, Afghan women human rights defenders convened in Geneva to discuss advocacy strategies to help women inside and outside the country, and to make recommendations for the international community.
Our team documented the convening through filming, interviews, and photographs, centring these women's experiences and the challenges they face. Women for Women International and the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom included these visuals in their advocacy and policy work, engaging international and multilateral stakeholders.
