Sharp Sense: Promoting the safety of healthcare workers for Public Services International
17-minute and 3-minute films in English, French, Portuguese and German (dubbed)
Public Services International commissioned a series of educational videos to help prevent needlestick injuries and protect healthcare workers in HIV/AIDS-affected countries.
We organised and facilitated filming in South Africa, in collaboration with PSI South Africa and its affiliates—HOSPERSA, DENOSA, and NEHAWU—and in consultation with the World Health Organization.
The films were produced as part of a training package including discussion guides and brochures. They have been extensively used across PSI’s global networks for training workshops and advocacy, promoting safer working conditions for healthcare workers.
